Webview Password Help
This page opened in a small window from the start page whenever a patient could not sign in.
Password Help
- WebView security has been enhanced. You may be prompted to reset your password.
- Your new password must have 6-16 characters, including one letter, one number, and one special character.
- You will have to reset your password every 90 days.
- After 5 failed login attempts, your WebView access will be diabled and you will need to contact the office to have your access and password manually reset.
- Please take care of your WebView passwords.
What are special (or non-alphanumeric) Characters?
- See the keyboard image above.
- The usual characters are
!@#$%^&*()- See the highlighted keys. - They are any characters that do not contain the value of a number or a letter.
