Webview Tips

Helpful Tips:
- The username is case sensitive (that is uppercase and lowercase senstive).
- Each family member has a unique username.
- When sending messages, be sure that you have logged in to the correct chart. Do not send messages for one person when logged in as another, and do not send questions on more than one person within a single message...use separate logins and send separate messages.
- You may reply to a message as many times as you wish, but keep each message to a single topic. If you have a new or unrelated issue, start a new message. If significant medical therapy or testing is advised as a result of a message (or it’s thread), a nominal charge may be generated (this is usually below the co-pay for your insurance - and this is still less than coming to the office itself). Also, the physician may opt to advise you to come to the office if warranted.
- You may send a message to a physician, but you may get an answer more quickly by sending a message to one of our staff.
